    I have read and accept these Collaboration and Confidentiality Terms and Conditions, and I expressly authorize the automated exchange of certain commercial data from my company through the selected management software provider, subject to the following terms:

    1. Parties +
    • ASOCIACIÓN DE MARCAS Y BICICLETAS DE ESPAÑA (AMBE), as the recipient of the data, for the purpose of preparing aggregated reports on the bicycle industry.
    • The bicycle company / store accepting this document, as the owner of the commercial data, participating in the project on a voluntary basis.
    • The management system (ERP) provider, as the store’s management software vendor and technical intermediary for the automated transmission of the data.
    2. Purpose +

    I authorize the automated transmission of commercial data to AMBE exclusively for statistical purposes, in particular for the preparation of the Annual Bicycle Industry Report and other sector reports.

    The data will be processed only in aggregated and anonymized form. Nominative or identifiable information about my company will never be published.

    3. Data processing and confidentiality +

    All transmitted information shall be treated as confidential.

    The data:

    • Will not allow individual identification of the store.
    • Will not be disclosed to third parties in identifiable form.

    The management system (ERP) provider will act solely as a technical intermediary and will not use the data for any purpose of its own.

    4. Legal basis and data protection (GDPR) +

    In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain’s LOPDGDD, the legal basis for processing is the data subject’s express consent, given by accepting these terms.

    Data controllers:

    • AMBE, as controller of the aggregated data.
    • The management system (ERP) provider, as processor / technical intermediary.

    Data subject rights:

    I may exercise at any time my rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability by written request to AMBE, in accordance with applicable law.

    5. Information security +

    The Parties shall adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the transmitted data.

    6. Duration and withdrawal of consent +

    This authorization is granted for an indefinite term.

    I may withdraw my consent at any time by written notice, with at least three months’ prior notice, after which:

    • The management system (ERP) provider will disable data transmission.
    • AMBE will stop including that data in future reports.

    Withdrawal shall not affect processing already carried out on an aggregated and anonymized basis.

    7. Acceptance +

    By checking the corresponding box and clicking “Submit”, I declare that I have read and fully understood this text and I give my express consent. This action replaces a handwritten signature and has full legal effect.
